ProcureOutcomes

ProcurementProduction Ready

Benefits Realisation, Locked Baselines and Variance Analysis.

Cryptographically Locked Baselines, Administrator-Only Once Set
Savings Taxonomy So Both Sides Classify The Same Money The Same Way
Multi-Factor Variance Decomposition
General Ledger Reconciliation Against the Declared Benefit

The problem

A saving is declared on the day the contract is signed, and nobody returns to it. When the benefit does not materialise there is no locked baseline to measure against, no agreed taxonomy for what counts as a saving, and no way to tell a price effect from a volume effect or a demand effect.

What it does for you

Confirms that a promised saving actually arrived: baselines are cryptographically locked, savings are classified against a stated taxonomy, variance is decomposed across multiple factors, the result is reconciled to the general ledger, and supplier SLA erosion is tracked.
